The works in the exhibition series were selected from an open call that was made to artists in Bangladesh and the Bangladeshi diaspora in late 2025 and are represent a starting point rather than anything definitive, a snapshot of a moment and of the reach of that process and this project rather than a survey of the whole of artists’ moving image in Bangladesh. They stand as the beginnings of a conversation rather than an end.
